If you do need to make a return or exchange, you are welcome to do so within 14 days.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs related to returned item(s) is a responsibility of the customer and should be organised and paid by the customer.
Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
We will refund items if they are faulty, broken or damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to email@example.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 working days.
Downloadable items will not be refunded, unless the file is considered defective in our sole discretion.
