These specific breathing techniques are used by people all over the world, they help to move energy within your body, chakra’s and meridians. Pranayama is specifically effective for balancing emotions and it helps you to activate both hemisphere’s of the brain. Even just 10 minutes of this practice can totally reset how things are sitting within your emotional body and in your mind, it’s very calming. This technique is my go-to for when I feel a bit dodgy.
